Mutton Dum Biryani Masala: COOKING METHOD 1 STEP;- Mix 25 Gms Of Mint, Coriander To The Mixed Masala2 STEP:- 800 Grams Basmati Rice Boil With Half Tea Spoon Salt 3 STEP:- Take Heavy Bottom Utensil And Place The Ready Mix Dum Biryani Masala At The Bottom And Add 100 Gms Of Brownly Fried Onions On Top Of This. Spread The Half Boiled Rice And Sprinkle 1 Cup 0f Water, 50 Gms. Oil/Ghee And Close The Vessel Airtightly And Place Over The High Flame For 8 To 10 Minutes, Next On Low Flame For10 To 15 Minutes
